My stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the serene location and friendly staff made for a lovely environment. The service from the attentive wait staff was fantastic, and it felt like a home away from home. On the flip side, the dining options were quite limited, and the amenities left something to be desired, especially with the pool cleanliness. Overall, the value for money could be better, especially given the challenges mentioned.

The accommodations I stayed in were average. Upon arriving, I faced several issues such as a beeping smoke detector and a non-functioning toilet. After reporting these, the lack of timely response was concerning, although I did eventually change rooms. Overall, the rooms could use significant improvement.

The service, particularly from the waitstaff, was exceptional. Fernando, Ulises, Sergio, and Carly were attentive and friendly, making every effort to cater to our needs. However, the housekeeping could have been better, only offering bed-making and towel changes.
